If a charter must be terminated early due to bad weather (the Captain makes this decision)
you will only be charged for the time away from dock. Trips cut short due to sea-sickness
will be charged the minimum rate. If bad weather prevents fishing on the lake you have
the option to fish the St Joseph River, or your trip will be rescheduled, or your deposit
refunded
